PLN LuxSA is a public limited liability company (société anonyme) qualifying as a securitisation company (société de titrisation) within the meaning of the Luxembourg act dated 22 March 2004 relating to securitisation, as amended (the Securitisation Act 2004).
The company has its registered office at 6, rue Eugène Ruppert, L-2453 Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies register under number B208370.
The corporate objects of the company are to enter into, perform and serve as a vehicle for, any securitisation transactions as permitted under the Securitisation Act 2004. The company may issue notes, bonds (including exchangeable or convertible securities and securities linked to an index or a basket of indices or shares), debentures, certificates, shares, beneficiary shares or parts, warrants and any kind of debt or equity securities, including under one or more issue programmes. The Board of PLN lux SA may create compartments (referencing the assets of the Company relating to an issue by the Company of securities), in each case, corresponding to a separate part of the Company's estate.

This Portal is intended exclusively for information purposes. The objective is to present securitisation transactions within the meaning of the Luxembourg Act dated 22 March 2004 on securitisation, as amended and to provide documents and information relating to them. The securitisation transactions are managed by PLN Lux, an unregulated securitisation company (société de titrisation).
This Portal is solely a consultative website and therefore cannot be used to carry out transactions.

2. DATA QUALITY
Information available in the Portal is provided in good faith and for information purposes only. PLN Lux updates the information available in the Portal on a regular basis, but PLN Lux does not make any commitment in relation to the veracity, accuracy, completeness or correctness of such information.

11.APPLICABLE LAW
The present Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.
The courts of Luxembourg City shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any litigation arising between you and PLN Lux.
12.MISCELLANEOUS
In case a provision of these Terms of Use would infringe any compulsory or public order provision or in case a provision would be void for any other reason, the validity of the other provisions of the Terms of Use shall not be affected. The parties shall, to the extent possible, undertake to replace the null or void provision by a valid provision which shall preserve the contractual economy and reflect the initial spirit on which the Terms of Use are based.
